Nice find! Just managed Lv9 on my first go, the trick seems to be to find which area has the least guns pointing at you and then just plink away at those. The manual aiming system is weird, I'd prefer something like using the arrows to move, and wasd to change the aiming direction without firing, but good fun for a flash game nevertheless :)
