In case it's not common knowledge I thought I'd better share this.
When you change a cpu when running vista it has an effect on your DRM. If you have a TV or radio tuner card or if you have any DRM content then you will run into problems.
Mostly you'll get error messages about applications not working but also your tv/radio card will not work and you won't be able to play any content with DRM.
The fix is simple but took me a little while to find.
1. In folder option make sure that hidden files and folders can be seen and that the 'Hide extensions for known file types' and the 'Hide protected operating system files' boxes are not ticked.
2. Now navigate to C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\DRM and delete everything in that folder.
3. Restart machine all should be hunky dory!
I hope this helps someone out if they are planning a cpu change and are using VMC for liveTV or radio.
