this is just my opinion here but i thought id type this for anyone considering buying one...
i have now owned both the USB version and Amplifier version and let me tell you there is a world of difference... ive now moved back to the amplifier version as the sound quality on the usb version compaired to the amp is just terrible, not to mention the problems i had with the usb soundcard constantly crashing!!!
so moral of the story is, stick with the amplifier version... sure its got more wires and its VERY cumbersome to sort them out but the sound quality and ease of use is far far better.
