This could be as old as time itself or a repost but this warning was put up at 'The Gate' at the prison I work at and as far as I know every prison in the country.
It warns motorists not to flash cars that haven't got their headlights on.
Apparently there are gangs in London that are using it as some type of initiation where they drive with no lights and they go after the first car that flashes them.
The victim can expect anything from being roughed up to being shot.
The letter warns that this initiation can obviously move all over the country so be aware.
