Anyone used warranty direct or similar before?
My borther said hios missus just got an extended warranty on her VXR for £200
Just tried my new car (Mazda 6mps) and its coming out at 500 :(
Just wondering if theres anythign similar that may give me a cheaper quote or shall I just start tucking money away monthly lol

3rd party insurers not worth it...had very bad experience!

Saying that I bought the car with my eyes wide open to what could go wrong so was fully prepared for the costs...3rd party warranty cover wasn't interested as expected.

Save your money and just stash the cash...what realistically could go wrong with the car?

I must admit the paper the warranty was written on came in useful when trying to light my chiminea last year.

If you want a warranty stick with a manufacturers extended warranty.
I looked at WD for my Astra diesel and had the same concerns mentioned above. The Vauxhall one has been fine. Slightly more expensive but have had no quibbles with 2 claims in the last 12 months - about £1700 total if I had to pay.

Most issues come from morons simply not reading what's covered and what isn't. I If it's written in the booklet they will cover it.

Just service on time keep paper work tidied just in case they want to see it.

My warranty direct paid for, wheel bearings , pcv, sensors etc all at the lexus dealer.

No issues.

If you do decide to go with Warranty Direct don't accept their first quote. They knocked 30% off when I tried it a few years ago.
