Warranty for OCUK 24" Value Monitor

I wonder how people are doing trying to register the warranty with Digimate. the website seems, well, rubbish. To register you have to find a button in the opening screen that takes you to http://www.digimate.co.uk/index2.htm

Register is the last option on the top bar but it fails to work and I haven't had any joy with phoning.

Has anoyone else managed to achieve a registration with them?

Tried via website and phone, have to say it's the worst support registation I've ever attempted. Had mine 2 months and have just arranged RMA via OCUK who's customer support has been exceptional for me, well impressed.

I kept getting an error when trying to do it online but it has the option for faxing, so my mum will fax it from work.

When i turn my pc off i can hear it giving out a high pitched noise? Anyone know how i can solve it? I have turned the volume to 0% already.
