Hello everyone,
If I were to buy a pre-built system from any system builder, not just OC, I would expect the build to come with a warranty of say 2 or 3 years.
However, after the build warranty has expired, where do I stand on individual components? For example, some EVGA and Corsair PSU have 10 year warranties and most RAM has lifetime warranties too.
So, say in year 4 or 5, my pre-built PSU dies but is still within the 10 year Corsair warranty - can I still claim from Corsair?
Does anyone have any actual real world experience of this?
Many thanks,
Moley
