Warranty on my Benq Monitor pls HELP!!

Hello i bought monitor Benq 24" almost 2 years ago in overclockers.co.uk and is break last week i want rma it but i lost my proof of purchase(that papers with date of buy) and now i cant provide when i bought that monitor it is possible that overclockers.co.uk send me a copy of that papers???

Contact Overclockers. They sent me a replacement invoice (promptly I might add) for one I lost that was for an AMD processor that I bought a few years ago.

Although, this was just a few weeks after the original purchase but I would have thought they would still be able to supply a replacement even a couple of years down the line.
 
You have a complete purchase history on your Overclockers account. If you did the transaction over the phone they should be able to provide you a backup receipt as long as you can convincingly identify yourself as the original buyer. If you have for some reason done the purchase online and cancelled your account, thus losing your purchase history, you are in a trickier position but in all honesty, just call them and see what they can do and what they would require of you. Their customer support has a fantastic reputation and is one of the main reasons many do their computer business here, take advantage of it.
 
As well as checking your online account order history and calling them, you may want to rake through your emails - as you should have received order confirmation and shipping emails if you made your order online.
