Warranty Panics...

Hey, my vacuum has just stopped working. It's less than a year old, but when I dug out the receipt it stated I should have registered for my warranty within 28 days.

That got me thinking... I recently built my computer just over a month ago. Should I have registered for warranties? Am I SOL?

Specifically I'm thinking the expensive items: CPU, GPU, Mobo and PSU?

AFAIK computer components come with the manufacturers warranty (3-5-7 years or whatever the brand offers) and unlike your vacuum don't require registering to receive this

Think with some products (Don't quote me on this) they offer you a warranty of say 1 year and if you register they increase it to 3 years. But usually it's as sean says.
