Warranty question.

I am buying core i7 and some ddr3 ram off a guy from the MM. He will send the invoices with the items. My question is if say the ram or the processor decided to commit suicide on me will i be able to use the warranty even if the goods are second and?

as long as you get the warranty with them i think you'll be ok. assuming they're still under warranty of course. i've done it with a monitor once, being the seller. provided my buyer with the warranty and he was all set.
