I was due for my 18k service on my swift a few months back. After hearing back from Colin Appleyard that it would cost £250 minimum I decided to go elsewhere and was advised that as long as the garage used genuine suzuki parts then my warranty would be in tact. I've since had a recall on my car (I know any work will be free as long as they honour my warranty) and would rather avoid taking it there again as I think they are rip off merchants.
Ironically a new suzuki garage has opened closer to my home but its under the RRG name as opposed to Colin Appleyard. Am I right in saying that their servicing pricing etc is likely to be different and I assume I won't have any problems taking my car there for warranty / services?
