Well i've currently (past 15 mins) been playing my way through the Warzone 2100 Resurrection project :), I can remember the old game being awesome and this seems to be a good improvement on it.

I will upload screenshots soon (i'm lazy atm) and here are the links:

http://download.gna.org/warzone/releases/2.0/warzone2100-2.0.10.exe (Game size - 15.8Mb)

If you install it and keep getting an error saying that OpenAL32.dll cannot be found install the following AS ADMINISTRATOR:

If you want to ask anything speak here :D

I used to love playing this on my PS1 and will definately be keeping an eye on this, Thanks :)

One question though is there any button I can hold down to speed up scrolling across the map?

Looking in the Menu's there is, but my mouse is too quick :p I'll have to fiddle around with it at some point. The only other thing bugging me is that I'm not able to select the same kind of units by double clicking (which is down to all modern day RTS having that feature).

It's just like I remember it (minus the music and FMV's) but once its finish I'm sure it will be great :) Thanks again otherwise it would have slipped right by me.

LOL

Why did they feel the need to resurrect this game?
I remember playing this with a friend on a LAN. We played against the AI for a WHOLE DAY, and by the end of it I still don't think we had researched everything there was to research

It really was an epic game, but quite horrible compared to modern standards :)
