Was it chrome?

Was passed today by an open topped BMW that looked as though the whole bodywork was chrome: really shiney silver .... anyone seen owt similar? was it chrome?

Chrome vinyl wrap? I doubt it, could be wrong, but surely that has to be a paint job. I've only ever see chrome paint jobs..

Chrome vinyl is available for wrapping. Parts* of our race car will be done in it as part of the revamp that it's currently undergoing.

*Only very small areas before the OcUK style police get on my back!

its vinyl or a special spray paint, hard to tell them apart. But the metal isnt actually chromed
