Hey everyone,

I was at 3.6 with my q6600 G0, but I decided to check my temperatures by running Prime again since moving around my fan setup, I actually moved the two 120mm fans on the front of my Antec 900 case up to the top, so they were blowing directly onto the RAM and CPU, but my temperatures when up to 73 after about 30 mins. So I decided to underclock it a little to 3.510, and dropped the Vcore from 1.4875 to 1.4675. I ran Prime 95 overnight last night, and woke up this morning to check, it had completed past 8 hours. My temperatures were 61 61 61 61, all seems fine... BUT as soon as I opened uGuru, task manager and CPU-z, my system froze???

I took some photos on my phone whilst it was frozen:

What I don't understand is that all my temperatures are fine, and if anything, some of the voltages were more than enough for what was needed. I don't remember the last time I got a Prime95 error message, because my system always freezes or reboots.

I have a feeling my computer is getting more and more unstable, as I have been trying to prime test @ 3.6 with exactly the same settings that got me 8 hours Prime stable in the past??? Is this something I should worry about? Is my computer dying?

Also, after every lockup, my desktop background is replaced with the 'Active Desktop Recovery'.

just noticed my Vcore in CPUZ?!?!??! It seems to be spiking, it runs fine for hours priming, then as soon as I try and open a few programs together, it freaks out and shoots high voltage through my CPU?!??!

What should I do?!?!

Oooh lol yeah mate that is not good! :D I think that can actually damage your cpu if it happens a lot! 2.39V ouch :D

I've done a bit of trouble shooting, and it seems to be whenever I run prime and aGuru together. In task manager, it shows spiking of the CPU usage with just uGuru running. I've set uGuru to update every second, maybe thats whats causing it? I've dropped this back to 5 seconds now, and I'm not going to run it whislt Priming. Is my overclock unstable? or is it uGuru which is causing crashes?
