so I was thinking of a little upgrade to overclock my PC as I'm currently on a stock cooler and only have 3 fans and on-board sound, now I know an ssd would do a great job but prices are way to extreme for me currently so can anyone faulter this >?

If you really want a closed loop water cooling unit consider the Antec Kuhler 620, performs better than the H60 and almost matches that the H70. As for a sound card, unless you have a decent headset/high quality speakers you won't notice much of a difference if anything.

64GB SSD and Antec Kulher 620 would be my choice.

do you have any reviews ? Ill have a quick google but I was hoping for some specific reviews saying it beat it "like a boss" so to speak.

Hi there,

I would suggest using the thermalright silver arrow cooler over the h60. it may be big, but it is an excellent cooler and really quiet, here is a review where it gets compared against the corsair H70.

The sound card is a good choice.

As for the thermal paste - I would either stick with the Thermalright Chill factor that is included with the silver arrow cooler (actually pretty good stuff), or invest in a tube of MX-4. Also, if you don't have some already - this kit is great.

....:| HOW BIG I don't even know if that'd fit in the case :D

Pretty big (it's one of the reasons its so awesome), though it does fit in most midi tower cases with a 120mm rear exhaust fan and no side panel fan installed.

May I ask what case you have and should be able to tell you if it fits?

cooler master centurion 590  I cant see this fitting :p

seen that the Zalman CNPS10X extreme has done some real good in the past but I cant find any i7 reviews.... and Im liking the antec 620 after this review here but im just worried about the size of the silver arrow as I think it will lower overall airflow in the case as my main issue is my 4870 which gets fairly warm....

edit:

now its looking like
