I've not seen this posted anywhere, did a quick search

There is a kickstarter project going at the moment called the Wasdio http://kck.st/T2G2l0 It aims to replace the keyboard for all sorts of pc games

you use it alongside your mouse, I reckon it should be a better more intuitive control system

I remember many years ago using a left handed joystick paired with a mouse playing team fortress 1 and half life, it was great having analogue control of the walking/running, hopefully this will re-capture some of that, I have backed it

atm I have a N52 and a g13, I think this might end up being better than both

anyway not seen it mentioned, so I thought I'd try and help let everyone know about it

thanks

that looks like a great project, I can imagine it'll be fantastic for fast paced FPS games, I may have to invest in one, those extra milliseconds could make all the difference :D

Why? It said it all when he was playing Team Fortress 2. He made it look like he was using a controller to imply he couldn't move fast enough. What tosh! If the "child" in the Team Fortress video whopped his behind then does it not tell you that even a child can grasp the concept of the keyboard?

It takes a few minutes to get used to the keyboard and mouse set up and he makes out as if it's difficult when in fact it isn't. He's the sort of Joe that expects to be great at something at first try and if anything this new device looks like the difficult one, let alone the strain it must be on your hand.

Bad concept to replace something that works and will continue to work for many more decades.

I love the idea of it, but I can't help but think that design will lead to aching left arms and duffed shoulders because you have to hold you arm above the desk. Seems unnatural to me, but a cool start of an idea. Utilising the fingers on the left hand that way is an awesome idea.
