Washers - Where do they go?

Do washers come with all cases and where abouts do they go? Do they have to be used with ALL RIGS?

Will the manual explain where they are needed?

ppl usually use them when they mount a fan to reduce vibrations. They have a damping effect.

i am assuming you mean rubber washers.

if you mean the little paper washers, I've always put them on the screws attaching the motherboard to the case

Aren't they made of cardboard?

Do you get them with all cases/motherboards, and if so how many?

Same, although I'm not sure if they are needed - best be safe than sorry
