Washing machine error

Hi all. Don't know if this is the best place to post. Please move it if it isn't.

I am just trying to understand why my washing machine doesn't turn on or at least doesn't display anything on the LDC. After putting some clothes to wash I noticed that the washing machine wasn't doing any noise. So went there and saw an error I think UL or UC. UL is unbalanced load - searched only but the tips they referred to can't do it because the LDC doesn't turn on. The UC is about excessive fluctuation of the power supply voltage and done what they suggested removing the plug and plugging in and try another socked but still the lcd doesn't work.

Has this happened to anyone? TIA

Is the LCD display working or not? You say there's nothing displayed on the LCD (LDC?), yet mention UC or UL is displayed - where?

After searching from the information the OP provided, this appears to be a Samsung machine with little hope. I'd have thought a new PCB would resurrect the machine.

First thing I'd be looking at is replacing the Display and other PCB boards however we had plenty of spare parts to swap out.
You could try looking for a wire that has come off.
