Washing machine waste into gutter or soil pipe?

Can I run the washing waste into the guttering down pipe?

I’m moving my washing machine into the garage and I can either put it on the external wall and run the waste into the gutter down pipe if that’s possible. This will be relatively straight forward or the alternate is to put it on the internal wall adjacent to the downstairs toilet and run the waste into soil pipe which will be an absolute nightmare but if it’s got to be done that way then so be it.

It’ll eventually block the surface water drain it needs to go to the foul waste

In new builds everything is regarded as waste only the rain water can be classed as storm or untreated as the local utilities term it. Legacy plumbing might be able to bend the rules - but your proper way will be connect to waste.
