Wasp nest

Hi

Have just discovered a wasp nest in an air brick ventilation, took the cover off to clean the area and discovered it, got stung twice.
Managed to cover it over again.

I want to get rid of the nest as it’s in a bedroom, would a wasp spray kill the nest? I can spray a ton of it through the small gaps of the vent.
Short of that I don’t feel confident taking the vent off again.

Kill it with fire.

That’s last resort!

I’m trying a spray now, normally I would leave these things alone, but because of where it is.

Can you somehow seal off the space so that no air can get in or out of where the nest is

If you can then I would use a permethrin smoke bomb and leave it 24 hours

should kill the lot of them

I can get at it from both sides, I’ve sprayed some spray in from inside which got them very angry, can’t hear them now, I’m thinking about trying outside now with a ladder, it’s not too high so can make a quick exit!
