Watch Dogs has been delayed

sorry not completely read everything .... has the ps3 version been put back as well ? Only reason I ask , but wasn't WD part of the " buy now on ps3 - get £10 version on ps4 " upgrade ?
 
Hmm ... WD was the ONLY game I was seriously interested at launch ..... and seeing as this would have wiped me out over xmas , could be a blessing in disguise . Will prob cancel my pre-order and see what's on offer when I get mega cash in Jan :D
