Watch Dogs Legion - not launching or very rarely with Msi Afterburner and RTSS

Hi pc:

12900K with NZXT KRAKEN X73

2x16GB DDR4 KINGSTON DDR4 3600MHZ in GEAR 1

RTX 3090 Ti Gigabyte Gaming

Aorus Z690 Elite DDR4 bios F5

SSD 1 TB NVM PCIE

Seasonic 1300 PX Platinum Prime

So i have installed Windows 10,newest.

Msi Afterburner 4.6.4 16255
Riva Tuner 7.3.3 26004

I cant run Watch Dogs Legion with on. Maybe sometimes i launch. Most of the time it will black screen and back to desktop. When i close MSI AB and RTSS game will launch everytime.
I downgraded msi afterburner and RTSS to older versions and the same issue.

Where can be problem?

ps:
Similiar crash i had in Cyberpunk 2077 when i start to launch game in epic launcher. Game just closed at startup with error. So i think i have wrong MSI AB version or something?



ps:
On 10850K with 3090 setup i dont had issues with opened MSI AB and Watch Dogs LEgion.
So why now i have?

i uninstalled newest msi afterburner and i was thinking that is MSI AB issue,but not. Must install again newest MSI AB.
