Watch keyboard

Umm, anyone know why I can't access the on-screen keyboard on my Ultra2?

Searching for this problem online just throws up endless results of either "your old watch doesn't support it" or "install the English (UK) keyboard on your iPhone" (it already is).

Solved it.

Added an English (US) keyboard on the phone and suddenly I had the option to switch between UK and US on the phone and also enable the keyboard.

Then went back to the phone and removed the US keyboard again and the keyboard is still available on the watch.

Must have just got "stuck" somehow.
