I always use vlc player and have never had this problem today, but somehow duing playing the movie i managed to turn the speed to 0.67 and watched the whole film without realising till i came to shut down VLC

Im not completely stupid as it was a north korean film with subs and i thought the slow acting/movement was just a strange korean film style to keep the tension high.

This even happened to anybody else?
btwthere were 4 of us watching and notobdy realised

Phahahahaha this is actually hilarious!!

Recently I found VLC really naff. I noticed it before with audio when the pitch was off by a few cents, but it happens quite a lot with video playback too. I have it installed and use it sometimes but I usually stick with WMP or MPC Home Cinema. :)

The arrows at each end of the tracking/timeline adjust the playback rate :p

Do the other 3 people now think you are weird?

Or what drugs were you on? Mushrooms?

must have been smoking weed :)

Remember when i got through half a Steven Segal movie before realising the audio was set to 5.1 on the DVD player but only had 2.1 speakers plugged in. All you could hear was a the gun fire, back ground car noise etc.

i think it would have taken about 134 minutes to watch a 90 minute movie.

not acurate just did it in my head let me know how far off i was
