Further to the very helpful advice that has been dispensed on GD on watches I have been investigating and deciding which watch I would like to splash on...
Basically, I have selected a CMC high-quality diving watch which I will buy in a month or so (there is a diving convention in April and I don't see the point of spending £350 on a watch until I have picked up and budgeted for some new diving kit to go with it...) and I am yet to decide on what 'dress watch' I will go for but I am not going to buy it for a few months...
I've been looking at the Poljot watches and think that they are an interesting and not too expensive alternative in the mean-time - their styling seems different enough to many other brands that they are interesting... I was just wondering what our watch-fiends who stalk this forum thought of them...
I know that at least one person has commented that they seem like an interesting choice but I am wondering what the reputation of such watches are, and their potential reliability etc...
