watching DVD's on PS3, anyone else get this problem?

I have heard of this issue before on here I am sure of it. As far as I know it is an issue, but there is a work-around. Unfortunately I am unable to remember it.
 
haven't experienced this myself mate, but google it and you might find some help. p.s. what image adjustment settings have you enabled and if any try reducing them / turning them off to see if this makes a difference
