Watching world cup in the van?

Hi there,

Dads asked me to try and find a way that he can watch the world cup in his van at work.
Initially i thought a stand alone screen (about 8") mouted on the dash, with a VCR under the seat connected, so it would act a tuner and he'd be able to recieve all the terrestrial channels. But after a quick read of avforums, it seems like a better idea to get a portable DVD player with a built in tuner, and mount it on the dash.

What do you guys think? Any ideas?

Thanks for the link mate. Was just speaking to my dad and he seems much more interested in going down the portable dvd player route, as it doesn't have to stay in the van and can be used on flights and other journeys. Can you recommend any?

Just been looking at the Mustek PL408T. Comes in at just under £200 and seems to do anything i need.
