Water change

Can someone give me a idea as to how often to change the coolant in a loop?

Ek supreme block
Striker2extreme NB block
Lang pump
Xchanger 360 rad
Switech res

Running fezer its been in 5 months now and i can see a few little bits of muck on the inside of a pipe it dont move though

I have distilled water with Zerex in mine and have'nt had to change the water at all. I removed a gpu block (had a pair as i had sli) around 2 years ago and part drained the sytem then but apart from that it's needed no maintenance at all. I even put the water that came out back in.

I had distilled water with uv dye and PT Nuke Biocide in. My tubes (oh er!) went dull over 12 months but the water was fine.
I would only change if you see stuff floating in your res!
