Water chilling

I have a Zalman Reserator XT which is working fine but I'm thinking I'd like to chill the water as well. Is it possible to add a chiller to the loop and if so what.

If the chiller pulls the water temperature below ambient, the radiator will now move heat into the water rather than out of it. Just a thought. This can be a good thing for avoiding condensation, but it'll cause problems if you want to go much below ambient.
