Ive just finished water cooling my cpu ive got a twin drive bay reservoir lanning d4 pump swifttech cpu block and two rads both single 120's but one is 2x deep,

im currently running and over clocked p4 and am hoping to upgrade to a E8200/8400 so will be overlocking that also but my motherboard runs quite hot come pared to my cpu 38deg/26deg my question is should i fit the north and south bridge blocks (a zalaman and an EK block) ive already got and cool them too, this would seam obvious to me but i have a Asus p5n32-e sli plus which has the funny mosfet coolers that are linked to the north bridge ive had a look to see if i can buy he mosfets off the shelf but can only find them for about 35quid and i would need two , am i going to need them or are the passive coolers on the asus board purely to draw the heat away from the north/southbridge?

thanks Greg

Money no object, then go for it.

But alternately rig a fan to blow across them, i have a stricker extreme, damn hot NB (nvidia 680i chipset), but i run a fan over it...seems to do the trick. Ive got a E6850 @ 3.6Ghz.

ahh thanks for that

is it not advisable to run with no heatsink over the mosfets (some where i read they are something to do with powering the cpu?) i would just try it but i dont have any sensitive themoitors and dont want to risk killing my mb
