Ok... well in the new year I shall be starting on my new project and plan to set up a nice W/C rig... primarily to clock but well they look pretty darn sweet to :)

So to start with I just plan to have CPU in the loop but may look to adding the graphics card or chipsets later... so after reading reviews / forums etc.. have come up with the following:

12v Laing DDC-1T Ultra with Petras Tech DDCT-01s Top thing..
D-Tek Fusion CPU block with nozzle accelerator
TermoChill PA120.3 Rad
Swifttec Micro Res..

Now performance wise does the size of the tubing make a difference?

I am debating with the idea of playing around with a peltier should work nicely on the lower heat output yorkfields..

any suggestions / things i should be looking at

Good specification so far, tubing size doesn't make any measurable difference to the performance of a loop.

I personally go for 7/16th on 1/2" barbs as it seals very well, the masterkleer stuff is priced very competitively and it also has a good bend radius.

Definitely go for 7/16" over 1/2" barbs.
If you want to be safe then buy some jubilee clips, then make sure all tubing is definitely on tight!

Doing a similar thing. Question about the Thermochill rad, the answer of which might be of value to Pneumonic as well:
Does it come with suitable fittings or do I need to order some 3/8-1/2 Barbs to use with the masterkleer tubing?

Need to order some barbs :) Good choice on rad and tubing though =]

Are the barbs I suggested right then, to keep the 1/2" desired for the masterkleer? How do these connect to the rad?
