Water cooling help with Inlit and outlit on cpu bock ASAP plz

No leaks 
Computer ran all day yesterday and same for today i turned it off last night tho but theres no leaks what so ever.
The only problem is the pump nosie its starting to drive my crazy and i can't have music on full wack all hours of the day
Is there any why to make the pump quieter ?
Would some of this help with the nosie Clicky ?
