Water Cooling Issue

Just opened my case after a few weeks, and I've noticed that there doesn't seem to be much water entering the res. The tube probably has half the amount of water going back into the res. Does this mean theres a restriction somewhere?

You need to bleed your loop, there is still air in it.

When i bled it a few months ago, it was fine. I guess there was more than I thought.
