I'm about to start building my watercooling setup next week and i was wondering what the recommended best loop order would be..
Loop order:
bottom of the case pump with res top pumping into CPU > GPU > rad (top of the case) > back down to the res top on the pump.

or

bottom of the case pump with res top pumping into GPU > CPU > rad (top of the case) > back down to the res top on the pump.

And the Rad fans question:
Rad top of the case with fans on top of it sucking air out.. or in?

or

Rad top of the case with fans blowing though the rad out the case or into the case?(tho was thinking blowing away to stop lots of dust being sucked onto the rad.)

kit list:
Laing DDC 1-T Pro 10W 12V DC Pump with XSPC Acrylic Reservoir top.
ThermoChill PA120.2
Swiftech Apogee™ GTZ CPU Block
XSPC Full Cover Razor HD 4870
7/16" ID - 5/8" OD Clear Hose (also some blue anti-kink coils)
Feser One Cooling Fluid - UV BLUE
2 x Xilence Pro Fan 120L 1400RPM 120mm - LED Blue

I think traditionally going from pump to cpu is marginally better for an overclock than going from pump to gpu frist. Ideally you should go from pump to rad to cpu for maximum benefit but there is not that much in it. The overriding factor though is ease of set up to suit your particular layout. Radwise, if it is in the top of the case you want it blowing outwards through the rad. If you have space fans either side of the rad would be even better.

As long as the res is before the pump it really doesn't matter - after a few mins everything will be equal (well within a degree) of each other.

Unless it's an extreme build just go with best route for tubing every time.

Edit: remember to dip the 7/16 tubing in hot water before sliding it over the 1/2 barbs, it really helps :D
