Hi there I know the advantages of water cooling is the lower temperatures, but deos it also mean the system is silent? I love pcs but the noise the fans give off drives me mad. i bought the the twin frozr version of the GPUs as they was 9db lower than the reference design. which was supposed to be almost silent. and A H70 cooler but changed then fans to make it quiet. and have turned the case fans down to min. when I upgrade later in the year i think I want to water cool it , if it makes the noise go away. any tips or ideas how much noise a high end cpu (3960x or newer) 2 gpus (Gtx780s) will make with water cooling? as thats probably what i will want
