I have a hole in my wall where I run a HDMI cable from downstairs to upstairs, so could run the pipe and fan power connectors

Could I place my rad outside, fixed to my brick wall with a filter cover for the fans, to make use of the cold British weather?

You can, but you run the risk of condensation forming around your loop components due to the difference in temperature between outside and your case. It has been done on here before, and lots around the Internet, good luck :p

I have mine mounted in a box on the inside windowsill so I just vary how much I open the window depending on how cold it is outside. I have had my water temps down to 7 degrees and have never had any condensation issues. The thing you have to consider is what will happen if there is a frost. With my setup that's not a problem but it wolud be for radiators on the outside.

Been done over the years, even ideas such as running piping under the garden similar to under floor heating rather than having to mount a radiator to the wall.

Just get one good radiator, l got a 560-614 x 142 x 60 mm with 4x140 low rpm fans cooling a 5820k and 980ti both overclocked.

My rad is mounted on the back of my desk in the foot well, this rad has been with me from x58, x79 to x99 and will coupe with SLI GPU's easily.

By the way my fans Prolimatech Blue Vortex Blue Wings 1000rpm.

Is the liquid used for cooling anti frost? just worried it might freeze up in winter

Nope, anti freeze type liquids will eat away at your loop and cause no end of problems. Most fluid these days will happily cover down to -30 if not further depending on the concentration used.

It could be but I have never had any condensation with my setup and I have had coolant temps down to 4 degrees with a -18 outside temp air going through the rads.
