Hi all.

Just need a little advice on water water cooling set up.

Case: Haf 932
CPU: i7 2600k
Motherboard: Asrock Z68 extreme4
Memory: 8 gig Corsair Vengence DDR3 PC3-12800C9 1600MHz Dual Channel Kit
GPU: GainWard 295 GXT

Water cooling parts.

Radiator: Black Ice SR-1 360 Radiator
CPU Block: XSPC RASA
Pump: Swiftech Laing D5 Vario MCP655
Tubing is 1/2 ID and will be using Alphacool Fatboy barbs with Hose Clamps.

Things im unsure about

1. I will be using distilled water with a silver kill coil, would i need any other biocided or would the kill coil be enough.

2. The radiator will be fixed to the top of the radiator. Is it best to put the fans on the top to draw cold air from outside the case in to the radiator or the other way round drawing the cold air from inside the case from the inlet fan at the front of the case.

Finally can anyone recommand a Water block for my graphics card please as i am unsure about what to get. I would prefer a copper block to keep with the copper base CPU block.

Sorry for the long post and hope you guys can give me the advise i need or add something i have missed.

1 can use as well but kill coil should be fine
2 yes fans on top drawing air from outside (its a pain doing it i have the same case)
3 its hard to find blocks for that card these days. probably better off looking on the auction sites

if you have not bought your tubing buy some 7/16" you get a nice tight fit over the barbs

I would rather put the fans at the top pulling air out of the case, it won't make any real difference cooling wise and stops you sucking as much dust into the case through the radiator.

it is true about the dust but the other way round does give better temps. so if you clean it from time to time it will be better.
