Water cooling Solution

I'm getting Swiftech H20-220 Apex Ultra Watercooling Kit and i don't know with what i should fill it, apparently i heard that people do not use water they use some solutions instead of it or mixed solutions, chilled solutions maybe? so was just want to ask you witch solution is best for watercooling? I'm not sure there is chilled solutions just heard it from some were if there is i would like to see one. Recommend something good

The kit comes with some HydrX addative, get a litre or two of de-ionised water (49 > 99p per litre) from garage, supermarket etc or some distilled water from chemist will do the job.

I use either HydrX or Zerex addatives though there are newer ones on the market like Fesser, PT Nuke etc.
