Water Cooling, Which One?

Its been a few weeks since I finished building my new rig (see sig).

I am currently running my C2D 6600 @ 3.2 (355*9) on stock volts, the Tuniq Tower is keeping my temps at:

idle
Asus Probe 27-29c
Speed Fan: 27-29c
CoreTemp 40-42c

load
Asus Probe 43-45c
Speed Fan 43-45c
CoreTemp 53-55c

I am now thinking of Water Cooling, I have been looking around the forums with regards to the various setups available and as this will be my first WC setup I think I will go with a kit. My question is, which one???

I have seen three kits that take my fancy:

The Swiftech H20-220 Apex Ultra Watercooling Kit
the Asetek WaterChill Power
and the very sexy & expensive AquaComputer High End 240 Kit Aquastream with Cuplex XT Block.

Which one of the above will give me the best performance? Are there other kits I should be looking at?
I love the looks of the AquaComputer kit but as this if a low flow kit will it be able to better the temps of the Tuniq Tower by much?. Im not going for best Bang for Buck, I just want the best bang within £300. I only want to cool the CPU for now and the WC has to be considerably better than the Tuniq Tower 120.

the swiftech, wouldn't even bother looking at the asetek, and if you are going to go for the more expensive kit why not just get a custom instead of spending silly amounts on a kit!

The AquaComputer setup is not actually a kit as such. It only comes with the rad, pump, res & tubing all the rest has to be bought as extras. The build quality is like none I have ever seen. Its like the Aston Martin of water cooling, but does it go like one?

As for custom, I think its too much for a first timer like me to get in to.

well to be fair you still need to assemble the kit anyways so in effect it's still DIY, only thing you don't have to do is choose the parts which in all fairness isn't too much bother just need to make sure you get the right size barbs and tubeing throughout your setup!

Are there any specific custom parts which you would recommend if i was going to buy all the parts separately? CPU, VGA, Chipset Radiator, Pump etc???
