Water Cooling

I don't mean to steal the thread but I thought I'll post in here instead of starting another watercooling thread.

I'm thinking of water cooling but I want near silence. My specs are in my sig and as you can see I have my card watercooled.

Now the thing is I have no idea about WC. Can I just get rid of the graphics card WC pump and plug the graphics card into a new WC setup?

Also what temps should I expect for my CPU? I have ninja syth at the mo with AS5 and I'm getting 39C idle, 46C load.

Thanks.

You only need one pump for the whole system, unless you're watercooling everything (such as NB/SB/Mosfets/HDD's) which is pointless money spent.

Silence is easy to achieve especially if not overclocking, and still is even what overclocking.

Pump wise I would go with a Laing/Swiftech DDC pump with the alphacool Plexitop. The Swiftech comes with neoprene to place underneath the pump to eleminate case vibrations.

Rad wise, Thermochill PA rads will give you the best performance when using quiet and low CFM fans which is what you're after.

I decided on the seperate components route when I went with water cooling..

I went with a Laing DDC pump with the Petras top (pretty much inaudible once mounted on some foam), and am using a PA 120.2 to cool my CPU and GFX. I am using two Scythe fans on my rad and one on my harddrives all at 5vs. They keep my system more than cool enough and the loudest noise in my PC now are my harddrives! :)

My sincerest Apologies MikeTimbers and everyone!, I misread your meaning due to a problem, again i'm very sorry! I have now made the appropriate changes.

Did you have your blocks polished up?
