water cooling

Also because of the increased cooling capability you could have the fans on the radiator(s) on a really low RPM and use a quiet pump like a Laing DDC350.

Though if your running stock then it would be cheaper to get a good air cooler and a quiet fan(s)

High end watercooling costs a lot and so its really only worth the cost if you want a quiet PC AND moderate/extreme overclocks, otherwise just get a high end air cooler and a high quality fan or two.
