What water jugs could you recommend me? Ive a brita water filter but its cartridges are expensive is there a cheaper alternative?

Always buy the cartridges on offer as you can save a minimum of 50%.

I know that! I was actually asking for rand recommendations.

The only other thing you can do is buy an own-brand filter or buy compatible filters for the Britta.

£8 for 4 filters in Tesco atm, so £2 a month isn't bad. Depending on how much you use it.

This is exaclty what we've done - our filtered water jug lives in the door of the fridge and usually makes me at least 2 litres of diluted orange juice a day
