Guys,

installing my water cooling in my Corsair 540 case and notice that standard compression fittings are really tight and close to the SSD tray.

Therefore I have got some 45 degree connectors and they rub on my fans !!!

I have got the rad in and run the tube that goes back to the pump/res combo and it is kinking a little.

Can I get your expert opinions please - is it bad or will it be ok.

Its still going to be tight if i get ordinary compression fittings.

Looks fine but if you want to avoid it, i have the same case and got round it by adding another rotary. So on my rad i have two rotary fittings and a compression for one of the threads.

OK its running - did a leak test for 8 hours with no problems.

So powered up and running idle in BIOS my CPU is at 26C and my system temps at 30-33C.

Is that ok?

What program should i use under windows 8 to see temps ? Core temp?

well i don't know anything about static pressure.

Are these fans really bad ? Can you let me know fans that are really good for static pressure and quiet and RED.

Cheers

Quiet edition sp120's will do the trick but imo you are better getting the full throttle ones and using a fan controller, so you can find your ideal cooling/noise value.

They look exactly like the Alpenföhn fans i use as case fans. If they are the same model, would go for Corsair sp120's, as mine are useless on rads.

These fans are Alpenföhn 120mm Wing Boost Plus PWM Fan - Red Clover Edition

They are rated at 105M3 at 12v and I had a bitch getting them all in !!

I will see how temps go, they certainly keep my legs cool with the air coming out the bottom of the case !
