I'm struggling to find some decent plans/drawings on the web re water circuit for my main-board rebuild. my plan was to run dual pump in-line servicing CPU with a 10mm spur off the main to cover the tri-chipset water block, this in theory gives both lines there maximum flow/pressure balance... or I could run a double circuit (one pump each) .
With so many variables for even these two circuits some links or detailed views would be much appreciated,...Video cards are on a separate circuit.... totally independent !

Re-use the tower...Kandorf-LCS, tossed the original block and pump on delivery ...new kit is..... i7-950 with XSPC Ras block on a GA-X58A-UD3R... 24GB Mushkin with MIPS Ram freezer-5...Mips UD7 Triplechip Pom actually fits a treat on the UD3

Have been told I'm dreaming for Mosfets so passive with Enzotech MOS-C1 and 10s...C: is 2x500GB Momentus XTs raid0...Main storage, 6x500GB spinpoints again raid0 with a SSD scratch/page. 1TB USB external auto backup weekly with Acronis and Zigor Danubio 2000 UPS,...Monitor Dell U2711...OS is W7 Ultimate.

Only running 1xHD4890 Vapor-X as I don't see the need for any more as I really just use it for photo-editing, frame rate would be a waste of fun tickets for me!...shame, shame I hear people say!

Was running a Q6600 for over two years for photo-editing but the file sizes I toy around with now....I need 16gb+ hence the upgrade.

The old system ticked over at 3.6 all day long stable,I'll be sad to see it go to ebay really! although from what Ive been reading 4.2-4.4 should be a realistic figure to aim at if I can get the water circuit down pat!

Put cpu and chipset in same loop don't mess about trying to divert flow in a parallel loop, literally no point. Doubt you'd need two pumps for this loop anyway, unless they're crap pumps.

As long as your Single loop for cpu/mobo easy. I'd even stick to a single loop whilst adding a single graphics card. My main worry would be the cooling capacity of the radiator in the Kandalf-LCS. Although its a 360 radiator its fairly long in the tooth and even when released wasn't up there with the best, might be ok with just cpu/mobo though, hard to tell.

Also I hope you are changing the tubing and give the entire loop a good clean out as that can improve performance no end.

So by your reckoning what sort of temp kick could I expect in your opinion if my ambient temp is 25C with a single loop circuit with CPU...tri-chip and memory ?...........Laing D5 pump

Mosfet block update

Update! Enzotech mosfet cooler blocks, WMST-73 and it's sister 78 in fact do fit the GA-X58A-UD3R main-board with two one minute tweaks with a half-inch round file on one of the blocks to clear a couple of capacitors.... only had to take out about 1.5mm of material as a radius.........Pass it on.
