Waterblock differences EK 780ti

I'm a little confused, I'm thinking of buying a waterblock for my 780ti , could someone point out the difference between the Acetal and Acetal/nickle blocks.

pretty sure the ones that just say acetal will have a copper base rather than nickel plating like the other one
