Watercooled Case Gallery

Hiya's,
Been through all the posts on and off for a few weeks so as to read them all

Some real nice setups :)

I have a lian li pc-g70 in silver, as there was a touch of black to it on top of the front bezel i opted for black dvd-rw's and a floppy (floppy good = bios flash safe lol) in 2007 when i bought the case

Anyways, with all my new goodies having arived i'm going to start taking pics and show my re-build, larger rad quick fit fittings uv sata cables etc and also to show how patheticly eager i was to get my old abit ip35pro rig running and more recently my ga x48 dq6 lol (cable mess aint the word)

So i will snap some pics to show how hidious my rig is cable-wise so you can see before-during redo-and done

1st pic or pics, just of most that i've unwrapped

Vertica may I say your rig looks brilliant, I have dreams of a Cosmos S WC setup and was thinking of orange coolant/tubes, you have shown that it really works:cool:
I have a long summer and boredom may get the better of me, although I don't need to WC my E6300 its something i've wanted to do for sooo long lol as a technical exercise

One thing, is that an EK multioption res in there? I have tried to read lots of cosmos S WC builds on the net and I think the res can screw right in with no need to drill/mod the case?

Cheers

Not seen this thread in a while!! Souleh, you can get a pretty basic setup for CPU and GPU for around £200 but it wont be amazing! You'd probably be better spending over £250 to see any real benefits (gonna need a bigger rad due to the 2 hot components, a full cover block costs around £60, decent pump around £50 etc)

Anyway, photos of my latest rebuild :)

Mine came with the board (got it second hand) but can find them pretty easily. Just search for watercooling using google.co.uk and you'll find the blocks easy enough :) EK do have a big table showing which blocks you need for each mobo as well

Its a Lian Li PC-A07B. I should really of cut the hole for the rad half an inch further forward really. It fits in alright, but its a very tight fit with the cables coming out of my PSU, the top row of them have to be bent down pretty much at right angles to fit it in haha. But yea, If Id thought about that properly I could have cut a bit different and it'd be fine.

It also takes up my top 5.25" bay, so cant fit a dvd drive or anything in there, but I reckon a fan controller would be fine

Here is my current rig..........
