Watercooled Case Gallery

Thanks.
when i was planning mine i couldnt really find any examples of a lv 10 gt watercooled appart from the LCS one. the parts i used were.
XSPC RayStorm D5 EX240 WaterCooling Kit
XSPC RS120 120mm Radiator - Black [RS120] X 2
XSPC HighFlex Hose 7/16" ID, 5/8" OD, 15.9/11.1mm, 2m, Blue/UV Blue
EK-PSC Adapter Rotary 45° G1/4 Black Nickel ( i bought 6 because i was unsure of the angles and have some left )
and a pre watercooled GPU

everything fits like a dream. was thinking of using the fans supplied with the raystorm kit to go push/pull ( i still might if i can be bothered fitting them.

Thought I would put my rig in here as well :D

Really nice looking rig!

Tezza, how did you secure the front rad in your case?

Where did you fit the pump?

Im using a Phobya Xtreme 200 rad, this comes with all the fittings and screws to do what ive done on my rig, all you need is a 200mm fan location, no modification required

Im using a bay res/pump combo >> http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=WC-140-XS&groupid=962&catid=2133&subcat=2134

/\ Thanks mate. Any idea what tube size and fittings he is using? Looks awesome.

Im using 1/2" tubing >>> http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=WC-118-XS&groupid=962&catid=1530&subcat=1777

Im just using basic 1/2" compression fittings and angled connectors >>>> http://www.overclockers.co.uk/productlist.php?groupid=962&catid=1529&subid=1826

Lian li A70, nice, same case ^^

Looking great, very neat and sleek.

How wobbly is your hdd cage? I have a 240 Ive been thinking of front mounting for extra rad estate but I felt it wasnt too stable as a set and forget type config (moving case about etc).
The thin cables on your PSU look handy, would help with routing round the back (I cut cable holes into my tray, but theres not much gap at the back).

Tezza, thanks very much for that info!

Just with regards to the pump/res combo you have, i see its the more pricey XSPC version, is that worth the extra money over this one below? What are the advantages of the £100+ one? (I see it has better lpm, but anything else?)

One last question - how are you draining your loop? I was thinking of putting in a drain valve but think it might ruin the nice clean look...

just a couple of photos of this 95% done built ( my room is a hot 26c ! & the pc was on prime 95 max temps for the cpu was 62c ), as i need a couple more cables to make some parts looks better & i need to route the cables a bit better too.

ie the power cable from the asus xonar dx card to the psu for one & a couple of other things just to make it look a bit better, well hope it looks ok so far.

& one day i will put the 570gtx gpu in its own loop too !

Mini update as I have now added 2 temp displays to my rig so the left one is the coolant temp & the right one is the case temp near the top front of the case, just above the fan control unit, my room was 25.5c at the time.

And i also re-filled the coolant too & moved the out pipe from the last hole in the res to the 3rd one & no more bubbles or gurgling noises now ! ( i got the case & water-cooling ready built for me but now i have tweaked it my self so i am a happy man to say it nice ).

plus i have fitted a samsung 30 - 256gb ssd drive but i am only using sata2 as my mobo is a asus p6t, it is still fast but not full speed sorry to say.
