Hi all,

This is my first post on the forum and i hope im in the correct section.

I was going to attempt a build log but had no reply from admin yet :(

So here's a pic of my desk, almost done now, i just need to add some switches and small adjustments.

Not sure yet, But i might get myself some Water blocks for the GPU's and a double RAD to go with the triple.

What do you think?

Any suggestions for improvements or water cooling GPU's and recommended RADs
would be appreciated :)

Cheers Confused :)
Yeah the pics a bit grainy due to me downsizing it before upload to Photobucket, was not sure how big i could upload the pic, played it safe and changed to 1200x800

Mynight, Its made from 50% wardrobe leftovers and %50 old desk i got from Dazboots 2 or 3 years ago,
The top shelf (glass) and the bottom right are the same as on the original desk, also reused the desk top, just cut the hole for the glass panel.

Turned out well ;)

Thats a good looking desk. Am thinking of doing something like that myself. Have got the same looking tubing in my build, and am thinking it might look even better in a desk now.

Go for it fewfe3, When i first noticed the PC desks on youtube i was inspired
and I had a great vision that didn't look as great on paper but as the weeks went by and
the desk was closer to completion it started to look half decent,
Its made a BIG improvement to my room now i don't have a massive mountain mods UFO case :D
Also very easy to work on the pc, only part that's harder to get to is the PSU and pump.
I might re-disign it at a later date, I wish i had made it the full length of the desk to start with

First thing, welcome to the forums. Epic first post!! :)

Second thing, you made that from scratch???

Build log is needed as that looks fantastic.

Thanks Pasty,
Yeah i love green and black, orange and black
I'm hopefully getting a new set of RADs and 2 water blocks for the GPU's
then i will defo start a build log, the build logs iv seen so far are very professional, so I'm sweating a bit here lol

My specs are

i5-2500k @4.6ghz
Avexir Core Series 8GB, DDR3-2133
Sniper 3 MB
2x Matrix 7970 Platinum (@1150ghz) cant go any higher without problems.
Main OS - win 8.1 (love the new 8.1 btw)

I have a old swiftech pump, thermochill triple RAD and a Phobya Balancer 450 Reservoir
Soon i hoping to add a second triple RAD, a new pump and the 2x water blocks

Iv been advised that 1 double & a triple will do the CPU & GPU's, so hopfully 2x Triples will be good

well what can I say, but what an introduction and first post - welcome to the forum, and keep up the stunning work.Look forward to the build log for all the juicy details and pictures.
Think this shows what a desktop PC actually is LOL.
