Ok guys, finally decided i wanted to watercool a new case. I had a short list of cases i was considering chopping up, v2000, s80b etc, but decided to go for a mountainmods twice7 after finding a store just down the road from me with one in stock.
Did a bit of forum hoping and found a nice example fitted with a thermochill pa160 rad, so i made a list of parts i would need, and thought what the hell lets see if i can get 2 rads in there.
Came back from shopping with this lot :)

Thermochill PA 160 rad
Thermochill PA120.2 rad
Swiftech storm G4 cpu block
EK NF4 chipset block
EK 7800 gfx block
DDC ultra pump
Nexus fans
Masterclear hose
Thermo chill grills
DD delrin fill port
Zerex coolant
Various fittings and a large dint in the credit card :p

Nice. Looks like someones going to be having a bit of fun. Looking forward to seeing your progress. As you have two rads, what's the plan? Two loops?

Yeah 2 loops is the plan, so still need a few more parts. Well i had a bit of fun already Hades :D Went to b&q this afternoon and got mi a new dremel

Marked up the case front for the PA120.2, if you look close you will notice the existing hole's dont line up with the thermochill grill and i also had to raise everything up slighty due to the rad fouling the case feet screws.

Ended up with this after a half hour of drilling and cutting

Still needs a little work but i've done for today and having a beer :)

How are you doing the two loops? One for CPU and one for GPU? What about nbridge and any hdd coolers?

Hades, im still undecided, as of now the PA120.2 on front left will be for storm cpu block and EK chipset block. PA160 will be for EK Gfx block and a DD aqua-drive , and maybe a mosfet cooler

Not much of a update guys, im still waiting on the pa160 wings kit before i can make any progress :(

Well this is my first proper go at watercooling, so hopefully nothing will go wrong :D

Im jealous of the fact you can "pop down to a local shop" and buy mountainmods and other top end end watercooling components lol :o

Lol, Dont be jealous, good job ocuk was'nt local or i'd be popping down there every other payday for a butchers at the latest gfx card, motherboard, cpu etc. and end up well skint :p

Finally received the rest of the parts i need to complete my case on thurs/fri :)

Wings kit
Hard drive cooler
second pump
2 resi tops
and some more fittings

While i was waiting for the wings kit i marked up the front of the case to modify the r/h fan mounting so the grills would be at the same height

Also marked up the rear of the case for the pa160 but left the mounting holes untill i received the wings kit

Just done the final mark up for the rear rad hole now i have the wings kit

Hopefully i should have all the case cutting completed this afternoon :D

wow very nice, just hope it doesnt break or leak, and test it before you put everything in..

Well here is the rear mounted pa160 finally fitted :D

The bump in the rubber moulding at the top and hole to the top right is due to the original 120mm fan hole :(

And below is a pic showing both front and rear rads along with the intake fans and shiny grills
