Found some pics of my setup on an old HDD.

The rad on the windowsil cooled passively during the winter, and had fan assistance during warmer months. The res on the wall also helped with passive cooling.

Pump screwed to the underside of my desk with a 120mm fan cooling it. I eventually suspended it with rubber bands to stop the noise resonating through my desk.

Copper block, Abit NF7 motherboard and black Chieftec Dragon case.

I still have all the parts in my shed at mum’s place.

Awesome mate, I remember these times well. I remember a friend doing something similar with a fan at the window, it worked well!

Wow - that brings it all back! I still have that very block in the garage - and a couple with TECs squeezed in tight between the plates - good times. I did have my radiator (pulled from a scrapped car) cooled in the cistern of my toilet at one point - worked an absolute treat, but can't find the old photos :D

who remembers DANGERDEN
Nostalgic.
Considering the RGB fever, quite surprise the colourful DFI lanparty isn't back. Questionable choice of colour, :D:D:D.
Remember ABIT, DFI and some brands specialized on watercooling that completely disappeared.
